Bloom founder, Amy Lyons, has a wealth of experience in food & beverage, customer service and business planning. Her passion for learning and development is evident in all areas of her work.

Adaptable and resolute, she is able to thrive in all environments and ensure that her team are inspired to deliver the very best service. She is a certified group trainer, personal licence holder and an associate member of the CIPD having completed her Certificate in Learning & Development.

Amy was joined by fellow director Steven Dobbin in 2023, bringing nearly 20 years of hospitality experience from prestigious venues such as Cameron House, One Devonshire Gardens, and The Conic Group. 

With a strong background in leading large teams across multiple sites, Steven has honed his expertise in high-level operations ensuring excellence in service and efficiency.  Passionate about hospitality, Steven is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences while fostering innovation and growth within the industry.
